I recently had a broken window replaced. The initial set up of the visit, the estimate and the scheduling of the work all went great. I had the repair completed at 2:15 pm on a Wednesday. Tech sent me a picture of the work completed and all looked great. The next day at 9:16 am less then 19 hours after work has been completed I receive a text message (see attachment) that I need to pay the invoice and if I don't they will come over and remove the newly installed window. Needless to say this is a very aggressive approach of collections. I can understand wanting to get paid but to make a threat as such is not a way to do business. What were they going to do? Break into my home and take back the window? I am sure there are better way to do collections. I paid the bill as i had CC on file for the deposit that was paid. But to have a culture as such and allowing accounting to put threats out there is alarming.

I agree with all of the 1 star reviews. Avoid at all costs. Do not give them a deposit! They do NOT care about customer service at all. We ordered a window, and found out that we needed a frame and asked to add the frame that comes with said window instead of just the glass. Since they already had the deposit they took advantage and decided that they could charge a ridiculous price of $2,600 for one non -impact window!! We had 2 other estimates for about half the price of their estimate. We even sent the estimate and asked them to match our other quotes since they had our $300 deposit. They gave us the run around, made us jump through hoops, calls, emails and then pointed fingers at us, refused to lower their price so that they would compete with other reasonable quotes. They chose to not lower a penny. Instead, kept our deposit. They charged almost DOUBLE the price of other companies.. I would never use them or recommend them again. HORRIBLE I hope they go out of business!

I found them on the Internet and they gave me a really fair price. I got quotes from three different companies and there was the best and they had really good reviews so I went with Glass Doctor. They even sent one of their employees out to double check my measurements to make sure my glass table talk with me a perfect fit! They were really easy to work with and the table looks magnificent. I love the polished edge and the way the outside reflects off the glass!

Great convenient service with fair pricing. When I had to have the glass replaced in several of my high impact windows because of well water staining, I called Glass Doctor. They came to my house twice before doing the job, the first time to take measurements and provide an estimate. Then when I approved it and proceeded with the job, because this was a custom size they came back a second time to measure again before preparing the order. Measure twice cut once! Other than an unexpected delay in the order the installation went well and the result is beautiful. This was not an inexpensive job but I did quite a bit of research and their pricing was fair. Overall I am happy with the result and would recommend this business.
